The evening was a great success, with a unique mix of people from all over the world coming together to help raise money for those in need of shelter.

Zaynab performs throughout Europe as a freelance double bassist and violone player. Based in Amsterdam, Zaynab is principal double bassist of Amsterdam Corelli Collective and Ensemble ‘t Kabinet. She works as a double bass teacher in various educational initiatives in Amsterdam. Experienced in both chamber and orchestral performance, Zaynab has played under the direction of notable figures such as Sir Simon Rattle, François-Xavier Roth, Richard Egarr, Maggie Faultless, Lars-Ulrik Mortensen, Roger Norrington and Ricardo Minasi.
